Based in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland, Helen is a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor / Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, having attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling / Psychotherapy at Leicester University England, and a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling. Helen trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, gaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis, and a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. Helen is a fully registered member of:

She has a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Leicester University. She is a qualified practitioner in Reflexology, and a Reiki Master. Her main interests are Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
How did Helen become a Counsellor / Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist?
Helen trained as a nurse and worked in the National Health Service in England as a Clinical Nursing Manager for twenty years. Having used the Medical Model with patients over many years, she discovered other ways of successfully treating clients and developed a specific interest in using Alternative Therapies, specifically Counselling and Hypnotherapy.
Helen’s belief is that the patient / client’s health and well being are at the centre of therapy. Her approach is professional, relaxed and friendly. Her clinic is located on the outskirts of Dungarvan town in County Waterford. Clients come from all across Counties Waterford, Cork, Kilkenny, Wexford and Tipperary to her clinic.
